Suspense Crime, Digital Desk : As part of the Sushasan Tihar, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today reached village Badekanera in Kondagaon district, where he met Anand Kumar Pawar, a beneficiary of the Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar: Free Electricity Scheme, in his house and interacted with the scheme about the transformation of his life.Interacting with his family, the Chief Minister learned how the scheme benefited financially and in terms of energy self-sufficiency to the family, giving new hope for the future. Anand Kumar Pawar told the Chief Minister that the bill of electricity used to come around 1200-1500 rupees per month, but after the installation of solar plant under the Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar Yojana in the month of December 2025, the house got relieved from it.Children spent on the future of their familiesThe beneficiary was happy to share with the Chief Minister that where the family used to be electricity consumers before, now they are also generating electricity and have gained confidence and energy self-sufficiency by meeting the future costs and children. Anand Kumar Pawar further told the Chief Minister that he received a subsidy of Rs 10,000 from the bank within about a month of the application and the scheme's remaining part of installation had to be obtained from the bank in a simple process for which loan was also obtained by them.
