A new chapter of good governance in the outsourcing system and the protection of youth interests has begun; the youth must not forget their responsibility during the elections: Keshav Prasad Maurya

Keshav Prasad Maurya addressed the launch event of the Uttar Pradesh Outsource Service Corporation at Lok Bhawan, Lucknow, today. Women's lives have undergone an economic transformation through their association with self-help groups. The nation and the state will progress only when the 'other half' of the population—women—becomes economically empowered. Strengthening women, youth, and farmers economically is essential to realizing the vision of a developed India and a developed Uttar Pradesh by 2047. The 'double-engine' government is working tirelessly to translate this vision into reality. On this occasion, the Corporation's logo was unveiled, the portal and website were launched, and dummy cheques were distributed to 12 outsourced personnel. These workers will benefit from accident insurance coverage of up to ₹50 lakh, maternity leave, and other basic amenities. Through the UPCOSC, the interests of the youth will be safeguarded by strengthening transparency, accountability, and good governance in the outsourcing system; this includes guaranteed timely, direct salary payments and the provision of social security benefits such as EPF and ESI.
