After Pataliputra protest, 16 special trains to run for examinees.

Suspense Crime, Digital Desk : Special train arrangements from Patna in the aftermath of candidates’ agitation at Pataliputra station over examination recruitment.The railways have decided to run 16 pairs of special trains to make arrangements for examinees after the agitation by the candidates of the Excise Constable examination at Patliputra station. 10 trains from Danapur and 6 from Samastipur divisions would be run.The Railway administration have put all Railway officials on high alert, after candidates returning last night after appearing for their exams, began a ruckus at Pataliputra station, the capital of Bihar, even stopping a train. Taking cognisance of this serious situation the ECR has decided to introduce special trains to aid candidates and also prevent excessive crowding at the stations. Sources say the railways had initially made arrangements for running two special trains, but now with huge number of candidates and safety reasons, the railways have announced for 16 special train pairs.Protest over entry into the Seemanchal Express.Hajipur, EC R- CPRO Saraswati Chandra confirmed the decision and said that there was a large number of candidates who were appearing for the Bihar Excise Constable Recruitment Examination last night at Patliputra station. The sheer number of students caused a lot of crowding and a few anti-social elements attempted to disrupt the peaceful environment which created panic at the station and risk for the passengers. It was a gathering of around 150 such anti-social elements who in a bid to cause panic began pelting stones at a train as the police baton charged and dispersed the protesting students. The CPRO confirmed the strictness by saying the railway police are taking severe action against the anti-social elements.Danapur has allocated10 trains and Samastipur has allocated 6.According to the plan introduced by the railways, the trains have been allocated to different divisions across Bihar to ensure there is no pressure on any particular station and there are a total of 16 train pairs that have been announced to run across the stations. Danapur has allocated 10 trains, whereas Samastipur has allocated 6 trains which will connect different places across the districts of Bihar. All information is being continuously circulated in social media so the students traveling can take their journey without any inconvenience, and the railway administration has urged the students to remain peaceful and board only these trains, and not be influenced by rumours.
