Amrit Bharat Express: Affordable Fares Revealed for Patna-New Delhi Route

Amrit Bharat Express: The new Amrit Bharat Express service has been inaugurated today, and it will run from Rajendra Nagar Terminal (Patna) to New Delhi. This train is cheaper in comparison to both Vande Bharat and other Indian Railways premium trains. General class will now further aggregate to Rs 350, while sleeper will be Rs 560. Currently, the fare of a seat in sleeper class on the special service running as a special train is Rs 730. Passengers can now book tickets both online and at railway counters.The Prime Minister will virtually inaugurate the train from Motihari, Bihar and flag it as “Vande Bharat for the poor”. Today, the train will be departing from Rajendra Nagar Terminal at 11:45 AM as a special service and reach New Delhi at 4:00 AM the next day. The train is categorized as non-AC since it has only general and sleeper class bogies. However, in terms of modern conveniences, it is equipped to match contemporary standards. Amenities include charging points and LED lights at each seat, CCTV cameras, bio-vacuum toilets, sensor-operated taps, and vehicles’ information displayed digitally. Enhanced services are offered to passengers with disabilities.
