For the first time in the district, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is being used in the selection process for Anganwadi assistants . This will not only speed up the scrutiny of applications, but is also considered to make the entire process more transparent and error-free. A total of 907 vacant posts are to be filled in the district. Subsequently, the number of applications increased, and now more than four thousand candidates are in the fray.All these applications are now being verified digitally. Educational certificates, residence certificates, income certificates, and other necessary documents are being matched using an AI system. Selection will be based on merit. A list will be compiled by combining intermediate, graduate, and postgraduate scores. Selected assistants will receive a monthly honorarium of 3,000 rupees.
