Suspense Crime, Digital Desk : The troops will not be removed based on their gender.A US Federal Appeals Court, has issued an injunction to prevent the removal of transgender soldiers in the US Army (Pentagon). A decree in the judgment held the ban on transgender soldiers, unconstitutional. It was further declared that the ruling was discriminatory.The judge rebuked Trump's regime stating that it was obvious the decision to discharge soldiers was not to boost the fighting force, but for spite against an element of the community. The court by a 2-1 majority gave the order upholding the trial court's verdict tying the DoD's hands.No termination due to genderFollowing this decree, no soldier who has been serving in the US Army can be removed from their post for his or her gender identity. Donald Trump had put in a decree against transgender personnel serving in the US army claiming it to effect the military's capacity to fight. Trump's decree caused a storm inside the army and the transgender soldiers headed to the court anticipating their removal from service.
