Winners of the prize flat can also be determined via a lucky draw.In which area of Delhi can I find the flats?This upscale housing project has a provision for 39 high income group (HIG) flats located at Vasant Kunj, Dwarka Sector 19B, and Jasola Pocket 9B, along with HIGs twentytwo at nand bahg Rohini. Additionally, 66 EHS category flats will also be offered in pocket 9 of nasir pur dwarka and 2 SFS catagory II flats proposed at 18 rhoni and shalimar bagh. Pitampura will have 16 car garages and the rest will be equipped with scooters garages in mall road and ashok vihar which adds to the housing options available in Delhi.How much will the flat costDifferent categories have different prices of flats. For instance, the reserve price of HIG flats is between Rs 1.6 crore to Rs 2.5 crore. Priced at l60 lakh to 1.5 crore, MIG flats are the mid-high tier. The LIG flats have a reserve price of Rs 39 lakh to Rs 54 lakh. Category II SFS flats are anticipated to be between 90 lakh to 1 crore, while EHS flats will be priced at 38.7 lakhs. For car and scooter garages, the reserve price depends highly on the type and location, ranging from 3.1 lakh to 43 lakh. Prices may increase depending on e-auction bids. DDA is in the works for the ‘Apna Ghar Housing Scheme 2025’ wherein 7,500 flats will be made available at a discount of 25% for LIG and 15% for EWS, MIG, and HIG. The scheme was launched on May 27 and by June 28, the authority sold over 850 flats, 630 of which were in Narela.
