
School Breaks Will be Given Separately: The students are receiving some respite. Due to incessant heavy rainfall, a holiday has been announced on the 30th and 31st of July for more than 25 government, private, and Anganwadi schools in the state of Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. Additionally, some schools have been closed till 2nd August. Holidays have been announced for the state due to the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test on the 30th and 31st July. In this report, we shall discuss which districts and states are going to be impacted and for how many days the schools will be closed and when they will reopen. Holiday For Rajasthan Till 31st July In Alwar, Bhilwara, Khairthal, and Dholpur, all grade schools and Anganwadi centers will commence holiday from the 30th of July. All private and government schools along with Anganwadi till grade 12 in Ajmer, Jaisalmer, Bundi, Behror, Banswara, Udaipur, Sawai Madhopur, and Dungarpur will be closed on 30th and 31st July. In Kota government and private schools will remain closed on 30,31 and 1st August.Students from Class 1 to 12 in Baran and Jhalawar will remain on holiday until the 2nd of August. Since 3rd August is a Sunday, schools will reopen on the 4th. All government and private schools in the Kumbhalgarh block of Rajsamand also have a holiday until the 31st of July.Schools in the following districts of Madhya Pradesh have also observed a holiday on WednesdayConsidering the severe flooding in Bhopal, all government and private (including CBSE and ICSE) schools have canceled classes for nursery to 12th grade students on July 30th, 2025 for students’ safety. Sehore, Harda, Vidisha, Guna, and Ashoknagar have also been granted a holiday for the 30th of July for all Anganwadi, nursery, and government/non-government CBSE schools due to the ongoing rain.
