Industrial workers in Jamshedpur have received a major financial boost ahead of the festive season following a successful bonus settlement at TRF Company. In an agreement finalized between the company management and the TRF Labor Union, both parties reached a consensus on a 12.44 percent bonus payout. This lucrative settlement will directly benefit approximately 154 permanent employees, providing substantial financial relief and rewarding their dedicated workforce efforts. Company representatives have confirmed that the calculated bonus amounts will be credited directly into the bank accounts of all eligible employees by September 18, ensuring festive funds arrive well in time.Formula Adjustments and Union Negotiations Yield Higher BonusWhile the standard bonus calculation derived from the company's established production, operational profit, and workplace safety formula stood at roughly 9.8 percent, union leaders strongly advocated for an enhanced payout. Acknowledging the continuous cooperation, high morale, and steadfast contributions of the workforce, the management adopted a progressive approach and agreed to elevate the final bonus rate to 12.44 percent. Under the terms of the signed memorandum, eligible employees will receive a maximum bonus capped at Rs 91,022, while the minimum payout is set at Rs 29,634, sparking widespread jubilation across the factory floor.Key Dignitaries and Union Leaders Sign the AccordThe formal bonus agreement was executed during a high-profile meeting attended by key corporate executives and labor representatives. The accord was officially signed on behalf of the management by Managing Director Umesh Kumar Singh, CFO Animesh Upadhyay, CHRO Abhijeet Singh, Head Manufacturing Ravi Rao Manda, Head SCM Saurabh Mehta, Head Finance and Accounts Priyanka Ganguly, and Unit Leader Personnel and IR Pramod Kumar. Representing the workforce, Union President Rakeshwar Pandey, General Secretary Anjani Kumar, Deputy President Sanjay Kumar, Vice President Baby Kumari, Assistant Secretaries Naveen Kumar and Manish Kumar, along with executive committee members Priya Mahato, Sushil Kumar, Dharmendra Kumar Sinha, Dharmendra Kumar, Rajiv Kumar Singh, Subrata Dev, and Ravi Kumar, endorsed the historic pact.
