In an agreement finalized between the company management and the TRF Labor Union, both parties reached a consensus on a 12.44 percent bonus payout. This lucrative settlement will directly benefit approximately 154 permanent employees, providing substantial financial relief and rewarding their dedicated workforce efforts. Company representatives have confirmed that the calculated bonus amounts will be credited directly into the bank accounts of all eligible employees by September 18, ensuring festive funds arrive well in time.Formula Adjustments and Union Negotiations Yield Higher BonusWhile the standard bonus calculation derived from the company's established production, operational profit, and workplace safety formula stood at roughly 9.8 percent, union leaders strongly advocated for an enhanced payout. Acknowledging the continuous cooperation, high morale, and steadfast contributions of the workforce, the management adopted a progressive approach and agreed to elevate the final bonus rate to 12.44 percent.
