Nothing is tackling one of the biggest headaches for any smartphone owner: what happens when your device needs a repair. The rapidly growing tech brand has announced a major expansion of its customer support network in India, promising to open 30 new, exclusive service centers by the end of July. This move is a direct response to the need for faster, more reliable, and brand-focused after-sales support. Instead of relying solely on multi-brand repair shops, these new "service touchpoints," launched in partnership with service-expert Servify, will be dedicated exclusively to Nothing and CMF by Nothing products. This means customers can expect a more premium and specialized experience, with technicians highly trained on Nothing's specific hardware and software. The 30 new centers will be strategically spread across 25 cities, significantly boosting the company's physical presence and making it easier for customers to get help. This expansion will bring Nothing's total number of service locations in India to over 350.Pranai Rao, Nothing India's Marketing Head, emphasized that this investment is about building long-term trust with its growing community. "Our goal is to ensure that every Nothing user receives swift and reliable support whenever they need it," he said, highlighting the brand's commitment to the Indian market. The new hubs will handle both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs, providing a one-stop solution for all service needs. This focus on improving the customer journey, especially after a sale, is a crucial step for Nothing as it continues to build its ecosystem and compete with established players, particularly following the successful launch of the Nothing Phone (2a).
