Furthermore, he claimed that central government allocations for crop loss relief had failed to reach local farmers efficiently, contrasting it with Haryana's transparent agricultural procurement policies and financial security systems like the Bhavantar Bharpai Yojana.Pledging Haryana's Popular Welfare and Employment Models for PunjabPromising a transformative governance shift if voted to power in 2027, Chief Minister Saini declared that popular public welfare initiatives currently running successfully in Haryana will be seamlessly extended to Punjab. He highlighted flagship programs such as subsidized ₹500 gas cylinders for low-income households, targeted financial assistance for eligible women, enhanced health insurance coverage under the Ayushman Bharat scheme, and free dialysis services for kidney patients. Underlining the state's achievements across the border, Saini noted that the Haryana administration successfully provided government employment to over 50,000 youths within the last 19 months while extending elite cash rewards, jobs, and world-class training facilities to star athletes, a model he vowed to replicate to prioritize youth empowerment and skill development in Punjab.
