A case has been filed against him at the Sadar police station for embezzlement of Panchayat funds and financial irregularity after the complaint lodged by the Block Development and Panchayat Officer (BDPO) office, while a poster has been put up in various social media for distribution of ghee pudding (halwa) by the Sarpanch in the village get-together at Baba Bande temple on Sunday and the villagers are called for the programme at 10:30 am. However, a case has been filed against him before this event and it is also being discussed everywhere in the village and surrounding area.Complaint lodged by BDPOIt is stated in the FIR lodged at the police station in relation to the report submitted by the BDPO office that according to the report of the investigation made against him, he has to deposit 463,680 into government account but he has not deposited it to any government account and the department has submitted a report in relation to this by saying that this 463,680 is due on it for the illegal spending from Panchayat funds.Villagers had started discussing this before the feast was to take placeOn the other hand, the internet and social media are discussing a poster about that he is distributing free ghee pudding prasad in a village get-together at Baba Bande temple on Sunday at 10:30 am and the sarpanch Deepak Sharma has invited people to visit his place ofprasad.
