In a joyous twist, the pair shared in exclusive with People that they are expecting their first baby together. Bosworth’s family home in Laguna Beach, CA, hosted the ceremony which occurred on July 20th. Dom and Bosworth were initially set on a bigger wedding in New York, but Bosworth shared that personal celebrations were better suited during the IVF treatment journey. “We wanted our wedding to meet the moment of where we’re at right now,” Bosworth explained. “I’m about four months pregnant, and before starting our fertility journey we thought about a big, New York City wedding. She added that the shift to a home wedding felt “perfect if I was lucky enough to get pregnant,” which created a calming, low stress environment. The couple made sure to keep the guest list to 28 of their closest friends and family.Bosworth’s wedding gown was put together only three weeks prior to the wedding. She and her husband had their first dance to “Kissin’ by the Mistletoe,” performed by Aretha Franklin. The pair had previously disclosed their engagement in the earlier part of the year and now they are looking forward to welcoming their child.
