Punjab and Haryana High Court: IAS Pankaj Agarwal Seeks Regular Bail in IDFC Bank Account Case

Senior IAS officer Pankaj Agarwal has formally approached the Punjab and Haryana High Court seeking regular bail in connection with the high-profile case involving the approval granted for opening bank accounts of the Haryana School Education Project Council and the Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board in IDFC Bank. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had originally registered a criminal case in the matter on April 8, 2026.
