Rajasthan Police's Special Operations Group (SOG) files FIR against BAP MLA Jaikrishna Patel

Suspense Crime, Digital Desk : Rajasthan Police's Special Operations Group (SOG) has registered an FIR against MLA Jaikrishna Patel of the 'Baap' party in three cases of fake degrees. It is alleged that Jaikrishna Patel of the Bharat Adivasi Party (BAP) and MLA from Bagidora gotBAdegrees from three different universities simultaneously.It appears that trouble is increasing for MLA from Bagidora in Rajasthan and Bharat Adivasi Party (BAP) leader Jaikrishna Patel. The allegations are that Patel obtained BA degree from three different states in the same academic session. Rajasthan Police's Special Operations Group (SOG) has registered an FIR against MLA Patel on Friday, and the investigation of fake degree cases has started.MLA Jaikrishna Patel worked as a government school teacher before entering politics. The accusation against Patel is that he took the teaching job on fake BA degree and received salary from the government for years. After receiving many years salary and when education department investigation was going on about the education details, then Patel submitted his resignation.SOG ADGP Vishal Bansal had said in his conversation to Times News Network that FIR against MLA Patel has been filed in connection with three fake degree cases as preliminary investigation revealed that the MLA had obtained education degrees from three different states in the same academic session.Did you give resignation out of fear that you would be exposed?As per Special Investigation Group (SOG), investigation of education documents of MLA Patel have been initiated by the education department. It is alleged that after knowing about the verification of educational qualification done by education department in 2023 Patel gave resignation from the government teaching post after fearing that fake educational documents would come before the government authorities.The police have filed a case against Patel on the grounds of fraud and forgery. He has also been accused of taking the teaching job and salary from the government using his fake degree.Police stated that the MLA obtained a job as a teacher in Rajasthan using his BA degree from a different state. An investigation into his background has revealed that he was enrolled as a regular BA student at Mohanlal Sukhadia University between 2007 and 2010, and allegedly failed in English in his second year.Investigation of SOG is from Sikkim to Gujarat.The investigating agency alleges that at the same time he was pursuing a BA degree from a Sikkim University where he had scored 73.85 percent marks. The SOG is also investigating a case in which it is alleged that Patel later received another BA degree from Gujarat in the year 2012. SOG has stated that the authenticity of all the MLA's certificates and their usage for taking government job has to be unraveled.Last year, he was arrested by ACB.It is also notable that this is not the first criminal case against the MLA Jaikrishna Patel. Last year, ACB arrested Patel for taking bribe in Rajasthan assembly after he was caught red-handed while accepting a bribe of twenty lakh, when he was preparing to ask the question to a minister, by the ACB.
