Royal Enfield expands its electric lineup with the purpose built Flying Flea S6 scrambler

Royal Enfield has officially registered the design patent for its upcoming electric motorcycle called the Flying Flea S6 in the Indian market This new model is the second offering under the companys electric vehicle sub brand following the initial debut of the C6 version The S6 scrambler is built on the shared L platform and was recently showcased at the Motoverse event in Goa where it attracted significant attention for its rugged yet minimalist appearance Inspired by the lightweight bikes of the 1930s the design features a magnesium battery case with visible cooling fins and a bespoke chassis designed for both urban riding and light trails Technical specifications include a nineteen inch front wheel and an eighteen inch rear spoke wheel setup wrapped in dual purpose tyres which ensure versatility across different terrains The motorcycle is equipped with upside down front forks and a rear monoshock for improved handling and ground clearance Connectivity and modern features are a major focus as the bike includes a circular touchscreen display with smartphone integration navigation and various riding modes for the rider to customize the experience It also offers advanced electronics such as lean sensitive anti lock braking systems and traction control managed by a sophisticated vehicle control unit although the specific motor power and battery capacity figures are yet to be announced officially by the manufacturer this electric scrambler is expected to be launched by the end of twenty twenty six providing a new premium option for enthusiasts in the growing electric mobility sector in India
