District Magistrate Mayur Dixit has also issued an order in this regard.As per the order, the nikasi of Kanwariyas and the traffic has both put huge burden on the general public. For the saftey of the children as well as the general public and the students, the order was necessary for public good. This holiday isfor all educational institutions in Haridwar district.
