Jaipur Consumer Forum sends notice to Shahrukh, Ajay Devgan and Tiger Shroff in Pan Masala advertisement case

Troubles are bound to arise as advertisement of ‘Vimal’ Pan Masala brand featuring film actors Shahrukh Khan, Ajay Devgan and Tiger Shroff goes viral. Jaipur Consumer Forum has sent legal notices to the three actors as well as the chairman of the gutkha company for claiming “kesar ka dum” in the advertisement of the pan masala company.

The response is needed by 19 March.

The notice states a response is to be given by 19 March. This notice is issued by Commission’s Chairman Gyarsilal Meena and Member Hemlata Agarwal after listening to the grievance of Yogendra Singh Badiyal.

The complaint asks for the advertisement to be banned

It has been stated in the complaint that the advertisement is ruined. Its use is causing a threat of sickness. In my view, stopping this advertisement is a must.
