Indian Rennet helpful in curing diabetes from roots

In this article, I will talk about a plant known for its medicinal value, called Indian Rennet, commonly known as Paneer Ke Phool. It is called 'Withania coagulans' in scientific language and is a member of the Solanaceae family. It is also called Indian Cheese Maker, Paneer Dodi, Paner Doda and Paneer Bed. In Sanskrit it is referred to as Rishyagandha, while in Urdu it is Paneer Dodi. In Hindi it is called Paneer Ka Phool or Paneer Band and in Bengali, it is called Paneer Phool.
Use of paneer flower
Aside from making cheese, paneer flower is also used in Ayurvedic medicine due to its medicinal values and is said to prevent and help cure numerous ailments. It is a sweet tasting flower that is said to have sedative and diuretic effects. It is also considered helpful in treating insomnia, nervousness, asthma as well as diabetes.

Diabetes has became a widespread disease in current times. It is a combination of several metabolic disorders that lead to diabetes. This condition develops when the pancreas fails to produce sufficient insulin. The food we consume is converted into sugar that enters the bloodstream. When blood sugar level rises above a certain limit, the pancreas is stimulated to secrete insulin. Even though diabetes cannot be cured completely, it can be managed with a proper diet, lifestyle and timely medication.
