The two most senior members of the team - Captain Rohit Sharma and star batsman Kohli - will carry the brunt of the responsibility should India win. Like any dedicated fans, the two veterans have shared video messages thanking the Team India supporters before the final match that happened to go viral. Following the release of the video, social media fans are now begging these superstars to reconsider ODI retirement plans.

In anticipation of the New Zealand final match, televised Champions Trophy organizers Star Sports uploaded a new video. The video currently circulating all over the internet features fans Virat Kohli alongside Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya who are expressing gratitude towards the fans for endlessly supporting Team India and are promising their best performance against New Zealand for the finals.
