Dr. Vijay Verma said that allergic rhinitis occurs when our immune system considers some elements harmful and releases chemicals in response to them. This allergy is often more in the morning because mucus accumulates in the nose at night and the nose becomes sensitive as soon as one wakes up in the morning. Apart from this, dust, dampness, or contact with pets in the house can also increase allergies.
