Haryana Exit Poll 2024: The ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) of the national capital Delhi had hoped for a miracle like Punjab in the Haryana assembly elections, but the big exit polls that came out after the voting was completed on Saturday dashed the hopes of Arvind Kejriwal's party. During the election campaign in Haryana, many veteran AAP leaders visited the neighboring state from Delhi, former CM Arvind Kejriwal even called himself the son of Haryana. Many AAP leaders had claimed that their party could play the role of kingmaker in this Haryana election, but if we look at the exit poll figures, it seems difficult for AAP to even open an account in Haryana. However, exit polls can often be wrong.

The account was not opened even in 2019

AAP contested 89 of the 90 seats in Haryana. But due to the absence of its key leaders, including Arvind Kejriwal, most of the time, the party's campaign was not as big as that of the BJP-Congress. Let us tell you that Arvind Kejriwal and his close aide Manish Sisodia, arrested in the Delhi liquor case, got bail just before the elections. Although AAP could not open its account in Haryana even in 2029, the party was hoping for a better performance after making its presence felt in six states and getting the tag of 'national party'.

Congress may make a comeback in Haryana.

More than 64 percent voting took place in Haryana on Saturday, after which the exit polls have predicted a victory for the Congress. If the exit polls are to be believed, the BJP is not getting more than 32 seats, but the clear figures will come out only on October 8. The poll of polls of four exit polls indicates that Congress will win 55 out of 90 seats in Haryana. Congress can easily cross the figure of 45 seats. At the same time, the current ruling party BJP may have to be satisfied with only 24 seats. In this election, the fate of Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini, former Chief Minister Bhupendra Singh Hooda, Congress candidate Vinesh Phogat, and JJP's Dushyant Chautala and 1027 other candidates got captured in the EVM, the decision of which will come out in the election results on October 8.
