Currently, it takes 4 hours to reach Dehradun by plane, whereas, with the new highway, people will now reach there in half the time.

Nitin Gadkari said in the 'Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat' program that Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas is our policy. We do not discriminate based on caste or religion. He said that the work on the new highway being built between Delhi and Mumbai is also progressing at a fast pace. Along with this, work is also being done to build 100 airports.
